Orders and Shipping

A: Product processing, shipping and delivery times can vary from product to product, and time of year. Generally you should expect your product to arrive in 2-3 weeks after ordering.

A: You will have the option of creating an account with us during the product checkout process.

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to your order. You may also visit our website at any time and click on our Order Status page to find the real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive the order tracking number or did not find any updates on our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

A: We use SSL security to ensure all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information will be purged.

We collect sales tax on product orders placed within or delivered to California.

A: We currently only ship to customer/address within the continental US.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to exchange the item for the correct one. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy on how to exchange your item.

Unfortunately sometimes a product can get damaged during shipping. We are happy to exchange and replace the damaged item. Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy for details on how to request an exchange.

Once we have processed and authorized your request for a return, you will receive instructions on where to mail your product.

Order may be cancelled prior to being processed.

Once an order has been processed unfortunately it can not be cancelled.

We do not currently accept pre-orders of items that are sold out.
